About Us
As a team there is roughly 100 yrs of restaurant experience in the room (ok, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but not by much!) we own and operate BakerStreet Steakhouse (2009), the Gnome (2015), GnomeTown Brewing (2016) and Proximo since 2018. We’ve been lucky enough that our amazing guests have enjoyed our legendary service, delicious food and welcoming atmosphere enough that it has allowed us the opportunity to employ over 250 amazing teammates and continue to explore opportunities to share our love and passion for great service.
